The villa features a spacious and cozy cinema room equipped with a high-end surround-sound system and access to Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more. With seating for up to 16 guests, it is designed both for movie nights and professional presentations.
For outdoor enjoyment, Villa Xantis offers multiple terraces and social spaces perfect for large groups: an exterior dining area, relaxing hammocks, several lounge areas, a BBQ, and a traditional pizza oven. All are surrounded by panoramic lake views and the serenity of pure nature.
